PROPERTY LOCATOR INSTRUCTIONS


PLEASE NOTE: In order to utilize the maps to find your property location in the subdivision, you will either need your TMK or Lot number.  The Lot number is included in your TMK.

Parcel Number format example: 3-8-8-005-001

3 -     Island Number
8 -     Zone Number
8 -     Section Number
005 -     Plat Map Number
001 -     Parcel or Lot Number

For our purposes we typically use only the last six (6) numbers of the TMK.   Accordingly, to locate your property on the map, if the last six digits of your parcel number are: 005-001

•    Go to Parcel “Map 5” and click on the name to enlarge the map.
•    Look for your parcel or lot number.  In this case 1.
•    Look for lot number “1”, which will be UNDERLINED “1”.  This is your individual lot number within the Plat.  DO NOT use the circled numbers as these no longer apply to our lot identification system.
•    TMK numbers are also located on your invoice.
