BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Board members of the MBCA II is to preserve and enhance the property values of our subdivision by maintaining the roads and common areas, and to uphold our governing documents.  The Board will serve the members by taking a fair, ethical and objective approach in representing the interest of all members.  In fulfilling our mission, we value honesty, fairness, equity, efficiency, transparency, common sense, participation, respect, cooperation and neighborliness in all our actions.

One of the Board's goals is to amend The Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions written and recorded in the mid 1960s.
